Soul Exchange May 2025 Quick Update (Empires and Puzzles)
Empires & Puzzles May 2025 Soul Exchange is nearly upon us, and there’s a list of potential Heroes doing the rounds within the community.
In this short post, I wanted to share the list with you (although I’m sure most of you have seen it), and let you know that I will be covering the Soul Exchange again! 😍
However, it’s gonna take a day or two to write it all out, and I’m still looking for official confirmation on the Hero list! 🥺

All Heroes: Soul Exchange, Empires and Puzzles May 2025
Here we go. All of the Heroes that are believed to be up for grabs in the May 2025 Soul Exchange:
For 10 Heroes
Voidstar, Gongniu, Cardinal Richelieu, Milady de Winter, Teddy
For 15 Heroes
Aramis, Jana, Torben, Fortuna, Smarttongue
For 20 Heroes
Costumed Anubis, Meg Giry, Madhammer, Guardian Hippo, Ferrus
(As always, this is subject to change)
Most of these guys were considered top-end desirable back in their heyday.
Straight away, I’m drawn to the evergreen Heroes; the ones with powerful and unique abilities that will better withstand the tests of time (also known as the Power Creep).
Empires & Puzzles May 2025 Soul Exchange
There are good options for 10, 15, and 20 Souls in the upcoming Exchange, and I hope to share my picks with you in my familiar, detailed guide.
You can expect the same format as my last review in March 2024.
Anyway, I’ll get back to work, but I wanted to let those who follow and support me know that they can expect my Soul Exchange breakdown soon!
The Souls Exchange itself is set to run from May 25th until May 28th 2025.

Smarttongue is in my defteam on lvl 90 en i still think she’s great. Madhammer was the last Hero i got before my long break and i’m upping him now. Which shows my Heroes are really outdated 😆😅

I’ll add to the list and say “Glad you are back”.
This is a really hard choice for me this time. Some clear winners in the 10 tier, but some sleepers in 15, and one at 20 that I am just in love with. Trying to weigh the soul cost vs the hero and avoid bargain hunting when there is someone I really want. Evergreen is indeed a great way to approach this.
I don’t want to bias your review though, so I wont say who I’m gonna pick. I will come back and check
For me, it is super weird how cheap are some heroes like Richelieu or Voidstar and how expensive are others like Guardian Hippo (I think they are using the hype caused by the baby hippo meme).
I am weak in yellow and blue heroes, so I am trying to figure it out, hopefully your article will help me to make the best decision.
