Soul Exchange (Empires and Puzzles) November 2022

Empires and Puzzles Soul Exchange Pin

Empires and Puzzles November 2022 Soul Exchange is here, and it’s crazy who’s up for 15 Souls. You know who I’m alluding to! Awesome stuff.

In this post, I’m gonna share my personal opinion and do my best to identify the best Heroes in each Tier. #1 is my pick for Best!

Before we start, please consider sharing a link to this post with your alliance or on social media. It really does help.

Empires & Puzzles Soul Exchange

Let’s quickly cover the same stuff I cover every time:

Giving up 10, 15, or 20 Heroes in exchange for 1 is always gonna be a big decision, so please get other opinions, too!

There’s a lot to consider, including your current roster.

For example, you might not have a great 5-Star Ice Hero but might already have a solid 5-Star Holy Hero. So, it could make more sense for you to exchange for the Element you’re weak in, rather than double your already strong Holy range.

There’s also the real danger of overstretching for that top-tier Hero, and completely depleting your reserves.

Please note, I’m not judging your picks; we’re just talking here. There’s no wrong or right, so please don’t walk away feeling like you’ve picked the wrong Hero.

Finally, I don’t mind folk disagreeing with me. That’s the whole point, to get opinions from all sides.

All Heroes: Soul Exchange, Empires and Puzzles November 2022

OK, here we go. All of the Heroes currently up for grabs in the November 2022 Soul Exchange:

Soul Exchange Hero List – November 2022

Please note, due to the immediacy of the Soul Exchange, my opinions are off the cuff and without the same detailed research I would normally conduct for my other reviews.

Tier One (10 Heroes) – Soul Exchange, Empires and Puzzles November 2022

The 5 Heroes on offer in exchange for 10 Legendary Heroes:

Tier 1 Heroes in Empires and Puzzles Soul Exchange November 2022

I had to go and check the card to find out what in the heck Gregorion did for a living. -That guy is a junk file (no disrespect). Anyway…

#1. Hanitra (Soul Exchange Heroes)

Hanitra Empires and Puzzles Hero Card

Hanitra is by far the best, most useable Hero in this bottom Tier. -She’s a budget Dodge Hero who’s great for Stacking.

I have and use Hanitra. And while it’s true that she’s not a Starter for any of my teams, she is a great bench Hero (assuming you don’t already have a Dodge Hero on retainer).

Hanitra’s fantastic when used against the Big Hitters and the likes of Alfrike.

She’s a solid Hero who in my estimation, is actually slightly underrated.

However, she’s not a battle winner. -She’s not particularly decisive and doesn’t do anywhere near enough when triggered to justify such a big spend. Put simply, I wouldn’t pay 10 Souls for her. I would wait for the next Exchange… Unless I had a specific plan for her use.

Is she the missing piece for you?

#2. Vela (Empires and Puzzles)

Vela Empires and Puzzles Hero Card

Vela has been around for a long old time now so I’m not gonna talk too much about her.

She was recently Buffed with a slight increase in damage and a 10% hike in her Attack Ailment. Still, Vela doesn’t excite me at all.

I would save my Souls, but forced to pick a #2, it would be Vela. Sorry.

PS. Vela and Telli are both currently available in the Fate Summons chamber (fun story in that post if you’re interested).

#3. ???

Zero. Nope. Save ’em.

Tier Two (15 Heroes) – Empires and Puzzles Soul Exchange November 2022

The 5 Heroes on offer in exchange for 15 Legendary Heroes:

Tier 2 Heroes in Empires and Puzzles Soul Exchange November 2022

#1. Ludwig (Soul Exchange Heroes)

Screenshot of Ludwig

You already know how I feel about Ludwig and yes, I make this ‘The Deal’ of the Soul Exchange.

Those that have him, love him.

And those that don’t have him, love him from afar (1.28 secs).

I’d love to know how SG rate their Heroes. Is it based on usage per owned copy? Interesting stuff.

There are definitely quicker, better, stronger, Purple options for Defense. But most of us don’t have them!

And yes, Ludwig is Slow and that’s always been the problem.

  • But, he is the original Mana God. And he offers Taunt for 6. long. turns.
  • He looks cool.
  • And, he’s from the Clash Of Knights, ~a Premium Portal.

Even my Malosi is happy about my attempts to bring this Monster to our humble roster.

It’s important to note: There are only a few Heroes who you can just stick on Defense and expect free cups. And, Ludwig isn’t one of them. In most cases, he’ll need some synergy.

But this is a fine Hero to capture for 15 Souls. That’s my personal assessment.

My entire roster is currently on edge, no-one’s quite sure who’s gonna have to make space.

And as soon as this post is published, I’ll be back in the Office, making phone calls and making trades.

#2. Cristobal (Empires and Puzzles)

Screenshot of Cristobal's Hero Card from Empires and Puzzles

The rest of this tier is strong but, of course, none of them can measure up to Ludwig in my eyes.

Still, I’m a fan of Cristobal so I’ll put him in second here. That said, I like Colbalt and Saoirse, too.

Saoirse is a badass, it’s just that first Charge is Slow (Slayers/11 tiles), and it prevents her from being a real top-tier elite Hero. Take a look at Adalinda, who I make a Deity: T-3, for comparison.

Cristobal and Cobalt both offer a similar option, but it’s Cristobal who has the higher potential. Both feature in my Hardest Hitting Heroes countdown. And both are somewhat of a liability on Defense.

As mentioned above, it’s all about what Element you need, your preference, and your general roster requirements.

#3. Colbalt (Empires and Puzzles)

Cobalt Empires and Puzzles Hero Card

Cobalt is a long-established solid Hitter. He has the possibility of bypassing Defensive Buffs, including Counterattack.

As covered above, besides Ludwig, it’s really about what you need. And there are a few decent, previously fantastic, Heroes to choose from.

Tier Three (20 Heroes) – Soul Exchange, Empires and Puzzles November 2022

The 5 Heroes on offer in exchange for 20 Legendary Heroes:

Tier 3 Heroes in Empires and Puzzles Soul Exchange November 2022

This has been an unusual Soul Exchange for me, -just the way the Heroes were ranked. Anyway, my picks from the Premium list are…

#1. Alfrike (Soul Exchange Heroes)

Screenshot of Alfrike Valhalla Empires and Puzzles Review

Alfrike is now getting on in age and it’s seen in the amount of damage she inflicts, but it doesn’t matter. Because she’s here to win the battle by slapping your Heroes silly.

And now you have a chance to get her on your side!

I recently discussed the virtues of Alfrike in the comment section of my Hero Ranking Page, if you’re interested in why I still value her so much. But in short, she is the raining Mindless Attack Queen.

At Very Slow, we know that there’s a good chance to get to her before she fires off, but we also know what happens if we fail.

Of course, anything Rush, and she becomes impossible to handle.

Alfrike is an absolute monster. She may not make your Defense Team, depending on your roster, but if you like winning, she offers one of the most devastating Specials in the game.

#2. Frigg (Empires and Puzzles)

Screenshot of Frigg Valhalla Empires and Puzzles Review

Frigg is from Season 3 and is quickly losing her edge.

And as we move forward and new Monsters appear, so does her value diminish.

Still, Frigg is a Fast damage inflictor and importantly, a Fast Defense-Down Hero.

She’s a blanket Hitter who will find easy synergy on most Defenses.

Frigg isn’t exciting anymore, and there are definitely more interesting Heroes below, but Pound-for-Pound, in my estimation, she still offers more than them.

#3. Faline (Empires and Puzzles)

Screenshot Faline Empires and Puzzles

Faline offers Speed and guaranteed action, and that’s why I have her above C. Finley.

Finley has the potential to give you more, but Faline will deffo get the job done. Plus, she has that -64% Mana generation for 1 unfortunate sucker.

But, I wouldn’t argue C. Finley over her. Just what you need. I run a Holy Stacked Raid Squad (3/2), so have an affinity with Holy Heroes!

#4. C. Finley (Soul Exchange Empires and Puzzles)

Costumed Finley Screenshot

This is interesting; Costumed Finley is up for grabs on the Soul Exchange. Well, I mean, I think it’s the Costume. The picture and the Special are from the Costume, but there’s no Costume symbol on the card, as seen on my example card above… Maybe I’m missing something?

Anyway, if it’s the Costume, this is a fantastic offer. C. Finley on Offense has gotta be a mess maker (where you can time his Special better). The numbers don’t lie: 420% to the target, plus that -56% reduced Defense, plus trying to catch the entire team 😁.

A super Ice Hero who may well be worth more than Feline depending on your roster and needs.

#5. Emilio (Soul Exchange Empires and Puzzles)

Emilio Empires and Puzzles Hero Card

I’ve never been a massive fan of Emilio. But if you Burn anything, then Emilio offers immediate synergy.

His main attribute is his Speed; Very Fast (6.5 tiles).

That said, the way his Special is set up means you’ll most likely always get the second part of his Special first:

  • 365 Burn over 5 turns
  • All allies immune to new Status Ailments for 3 turns

-And that immunity is his second attribute; protection from Status Ailments as early in the battle as 6.5 tiles.

And of course, once you set ’em alight, he can come back ’round with slightly more Burning and also some respectable healing for all allies.

He’s a nice Hero and I suspect you’ll know if he’s a fit for you.

His Special only requires one enemy to be burning but still, in isolation, he’s not worth 20 Souls for me.

Empires & Puzzles Soul Exchange

I really enjoy sifting through the Soul Exchange, but I must say, the real stars here are Slower Heroes and that matters.

If you’re used to playing with V.Fast, Fast, and Average Heroes, it may be a bit of a shocker as you acclimatise to the new metric.

Still, for me, Ludwig is the best offer, Soul-for-Soul.

It feels like you went to the shops and they got the ticket price wrong. You even mentioned it while paying, but the Clerk don’t get paid enough to care.

As you leave, you double check the Security Guard ain’t fixing to flex. And once outside, the soft breeze feels sooo nice on your skin 😄.

Guys, one and all, enjoy the Soul Exchange!

Before you go, who’s your pick for the Best or even better, tell us who represents great value. -Who’s flying under the radar here?

[Please always check in-game Hero Cards to confirm details and never chase Heroes]

    1. Hello RM14, I thought you said overvalued first!

What do you mean then? That SG don’t think much of him?

I’m thinking their in-game figures show him on many benches but not being actively utilized. What are your thoughts?

      Thanks!

      1. Hi OC,

Precisely the latter. One would have opined that he was worth 20, but who am I to complain when I only needed to trade 15.

        Best, RM14

        1. I stated it in my Alliance, but I think they’re about to push a Costume for him. BK not long ago available (SE 2 I think) and almost immediately afterwards was given a Costume, I think they’ve put him in cheap making him readily available to encourage people to chase the incoming costumed version in their plans.

  1. Thanks for the lightning fast post on the soul exchange, I was waiting for it to make my decision. I’m disappointed in the selection they put out and am still torn. Already have alfrike, frigg and costumed Finley. I am also insulted that they have Ludwig at a 15 hero exchange. I have him and he is a god! Titans, pop a mana potion at the start with heavy hitters on his sides and I smack 6-8 star titans for up to 113k damage without banners or harpoons. Every event or tower, he plows right through the levels. I’m light on green hero’s and really wanted a green hitter, but I’m thinking about a second Ludwig. Thanks again for a great post as always!

    1. Hey Mill Nye, I see what you’re saying, -no great Nature Hero, especially as you have Frigg.

I look forward to getting my first Ludwig… Just gotta find 15 to sacrifice to the digital heavens.

Thank you for reading, I always appreciate it!

(PS. I bolded a small section of your comment 😄)

  2. I was also surprised to see Ludwig up for grabs and thought the preview of the event posted on Facebook was a fake, just somebody’s wish list. My second account, being bereft of Krampus and Black Knight and having only 16 dups, found Ludwig the perfect hero to exchange for. My primary account has both Krampus, Black Knight and Kara, and being in need of roster space after pulling all the 3 & 4 stars from the Mighty Pets and Toto and Chomper to boot, I opted for Alfrike and was relieved to see her as your #1 choice for that tier. I considered Costumed Finley, as I already have the other 3, but time has passed him by and he is no longer fearsome and has the “reroll the raid if you see him on the team” aura about him any more. Alfrike is unique even if she is Very Slow (which can be mitigated with the new Magic & Cyclopes troops with their higher mana bonus) and if she goes off it’s game over. Besides the fact I have wanted her since Valhalla came out and she had eluded me, but no more. Another fantastic post with loads of good stuff here and. as always, keep up the good work. PS – You reviewed the 5 star Pets in the event post but there is nothing on the 3 & 4 stars. Coming soon to a theater near me?

    1. 😁 Hey Dave! First, congrats on the Heroes, -The Soul Exchange is a great addition to the game.

As for the Pets, I wanted to! I also wanted to review the new Styx Hero. Hopefully, one of them gets done over the coming days.

Thanks for visiting and reading as always Dave!

  3. Still don’t have good fire hero for defense and Emilio was as close as I could get but once I saw Ludwig for 15 I just had to take him. Not to mention Emilio is not worth 20 souls -agree on that. I would even prefer him over Alfrike and Alfrike is a beast. I guess it’s about what you’re lacking but having Alfrike vs Ludwig on def it’s Ludwig every day

    1. ‘I saw Ludwig for 15 I just had to take him.’ – I think that’s gonna be the story of this Exchange.

Have the developers missed out on 5 Souls a piece for Ludwig? They should call us in for contract negotiations next time 😁.

      1. I feel like they are trying to compress the gap from f2p and p2w by improving the options for lower level players and releasing so many heroes that being a whale is financially unviable. It seems like the general sentiment on forums and reddit is the game is dying, but they might just be trying to fix some of the inequality.

        1. That’s a good point, maybe that’s why Ludwig is in the midtier.

I was also thinking about the 2023 HotM Element Link -Immunity to Fiends. I’ve been using Grace and finding the Fiend protection quite useful. Thanks again!

  4. Hi Old Cynic,
Thanks for this relevant content and good advice in each post.
Is it me or this time red heroes are clearly the weakest of each row ?
(and that’s what I’m seeking right now).
And looking at the two previous editions, I think red sections are nearly always badly filled…

  5. I don’t use hantira enough. Mostly because I never have emblems for her and she can’t quite solo heal, so she just gets used in wars.

I pulled Ludwig, I don’t think he is a beast on defense because he doesn’t get defense up on tile damage and can get killed before he fires and if he gets recharged before 6 turns the CPU will fire him again wasting some of the mana gen. I don’t reroll when I see him on a defense. Though there is a theoretical defense of fast Sniper-kalo-ludwig-big hit all slow/very slow hero-Reviver that I think would be really annoying to deal with.
That being said on offense he opens up tons of options. Can charge heroes and can control when everyone fires. Challenge events, towers, masquarade, hard mode can just let him charge until boss phase or turn before and unleash two heavy hitters 3 times, pop a super mana pot and do it again.

  6. I refreshed every hour this morning waiting for your page’s update. I wondered if you’d get another one of your Malosi references in there so it didn’t disappoint.

I have several of the desired ones (My Alfrike is still at 1-1 since I’ve not really used slow since Justice.) So my first cut on a choice feels like learning how to use slow heroes and pairing Ludwig w/ Alfrike or going w/ Finley. I have the timing to wait for an enemy buff to spring Finley, but I wonder how he survives during that wait. The Emilio seemed like it’d be great to combine w/ Gravemaker or JF. I’d rather not go with Ludwig just for rush events, so that choice requires I learn how to use slow heroes.

Someone on the forum thread cleverly pointed out a S1 wizard class w/ Superior Jynx will dispel Ludwig 50% of the time with even a single tile hit, and that’s the sort of thing that makes me think. Or adds enjoyment to the process of choosing what will be a fit. Even in the real world every strength has a weakness.

    1. 😅 Malosi needs his own blog at this point. Thanks for the support Dave.

The S1 super talents are useful and as you say, the great thing about the game is its complex problem solving, if you enjoy that sort of thing.

Yes, JF and Gravemaker, those are the types of heroes I allude to. Emilio’s besties.

Thanks for reading my stuff, I really appreciate it!

  7. How do you use Ludwig in regular war and raid? He is slow … Just don’t understand the hype about him. But 15 heroes for a high paywalled event hero looks like a good bargain

    1. Hey SD, that’s a massive question because it concerns the entire game. In short, I will be testing LW for my main raid team. The goal/heroes placed around him, will all be designed to get him to fire off. From there, I hope to find one offensive monster from my roster, to sit next to him to benefit from his Special.

    2. I’ve had Ludwig since he first came out and he is a beast in all aspects. Had him as my tank on def and made it to 33rd globally. Pair a fast healer with him and you are set. He is the only reason I was able to beat all levels in Tower of Styx impossible tower. I’m my opinion without him the game would be zero fun.

  8. Hey OC, love the site. First time posting. Also overall disappointed in this lineup as I needed red (blah), I have the mats for blue but not sure a free Ariel or Skadi from the pity pile isn’t the way to go. I always wanted Alfrike. Ludwig is great as you say but I am working on Hulda with 3.70 Lu Bu waiting for her to finish (such a gentleman). Problem is I have 56 dupes or trash 5* sitting at 1.1 LOL. Is Cristobal a better option than LOTL (have Milena)?

    1. Hey Patrick, thanks for reading. No, LotL is a ridiculous Hero who’s just Slow. And she does a completely different job. For me personally, I’d take a LotL over Cristobal. She’s unique…. Well, was, before Waterpipe!

  9. I had 19 heroes I was willing to let go of. I’m sure I could have sacrificed one more for Alfrike if I wasn’t just as excited for Ludwig, so Ludwig it was! Purple has notoriously been my most lacking color. Over the years, I ended up with at least 10 Sartana and a few Quintus, and my OG Seshat. I leveled one Sartana and one Seshat and have waited and waited. I traded 10 for Kunchen last time, now I have my 4th purple 5* keeper, Ludwig!

  10. Hi everybody!

i went with Alfrike, simply because i always wanted to have her and i am not htat competetive that i would need Ludwig.

My take on Hanitra: she was the first ever 5* i ever got and i still ove to use her. Imo the dodge is very usefull and has helped me many times turn a battle around. Ofc the heal is not that much but it does help, atleast in my raids (low diamond). I also do value her elemental link a lot whe ni go for a yellow mono team and got a healer in there. I would not say that she is worth spending 10 heroes, but i also do think she is underrated.

    1. Hey Simpton, congrats 🥳 on the awesome new hero. Your take on Hanitra will definitely help someone else looking for an opinion. She is a great second best Dodger, and if you Stack Holy, she neatly contributes to the team.

      Thank you for sharing.

  11. Man, Ludwig for 15. I thought it would be an easy call, but discovered I’ll have to sacrifice Leopita, Morax, Yang Mai and Tahir to make 15. The fact I’ve been sitting on these so long answers my own question, but I hate to give these up…plus, grace for that matter. Top tier taunter seems worth it. Would you concur?

    1. That’s a tough one. I gave up a couple of levelled S1 and poor old HotMs for the big trade. I do have Morax and wanna try him Stacked with LW so I can’t then tell you to chop him! And Leopita is somewhat unique. I don’t envy you cause I personally felt like I couldn’t let LW pass me by. I’ve always been a fan.

I took the position; as long as the heroes I gave up weren’t Paywall heroes, I was willing. Coz they are more likely to be buffed in future (in my mind). Sorry Nurgles, I wanna help more but don’t wanna leave you with an empty roster… Just Ludwig smiling back at you from an empty locker room 😅.

      1. I’m not giving up the house, but feel like I’m rummaging through boxes of forgotten trinkets in my garage. Hoping I don’t miss anything useful before I drag them to the curb.
If you sacrificed some Leveled S1 heroes for LW, I’ll have to take a closer look at my roster. Could be time to cut ties with a few. Maybe poor ole’ Aegir that has been idle for so so long.

  12. Yes, I know, it’s true: Ludwig at 15 is a real deal. I’d really like to have him. But like I always said: there’s two kind of players in E&P: those who have Alfrike and those who have not. It’s a no brainer. I’ve been chasing her forever. Who is the tank you’re gonna put in very fast? Who is the tank you are always try to avoid in fast wars, the one you left for the minimum repetition? Who can make you win any combat in a very fast tournament, no matter the rival defence? Alfrike is absolute unique (Quintus second costume?). No one creates so much fear. I know, she’s not all around, but she’s the best on what she does. A must have in any deep roaster.

    1. Hey Nachomain, very valid points. I love the idea that both are available. I feel like anyone who walks away with one of them will feel like they got something worthwhile… as long as you don’t have to give up the house for it!

  13. Dear OC, tx for your thorough thoughts on these kind of mindbreakers! Especially this month is insane..

May I ask, my predicament is this Ludwig or Alfrike (linked to image of roster removed), would you be so kind to advise in this matter? There is a hard choice to make for Alfrike and Ludwig mostly. 4* mana / crit troops present, 29 spare 5* left. Lineup is in that link. What would be your pick? Ty (: RR No taunt heroes above 3* present btw. Ugh, terrible!

    1. Hey Joshua, both Ludwig and Alfrike hold my highest rating… Deity: Tier-3. So, you’re winning either way.

That said, you have loads of old and slow Big Hitting Heroes who might benefit from Ludwig. Also, Ludwig is likely to feel more useable across different parts of the game. He’s also newer and has a powerful Family Bonus, should you ever get another Wolf.

I took Ludwig, coz I have hopes to form a new Raid Squad with him at point.

I can’t tell you what to do, I can only share my opinion. -I’m personally a huge fan of Ludwig and have already levelled mine to 3/5.

Hope this helps, good luck with your decision, and thanks for reading!

      1. Hey man, thank you for your reply! Alfrike feels indeed less versatile in different circumstances. She’s ‘just’ slow moving death, in stark contrast to Ludwig which creates more opportunities elsewhere. I went with him, hopefully a good move very soon in the future! (Currently 2nd ascension, not completely in a rush)

  14. I just did a bunch of moving around to get Ludwig myself from the soul exchange. Now it’s telling me SOLD OUT??? Why is this happening?

  15. Hey OC, I have same question Ludwig or Caitlin from this soul exchange. Unfortunately I have only 3* Slayers so I can’t speed up stacks of Caitlin but I think that dispell first is very powerful spec. I also have emblem for her. For Ludwig situation is very different I dont have emblem for it and it will have to wait first Sir Roostley to get his but I have heroes to team him up with. I have fully Xnolphod and Chakkoszrod and also almost done Afrike. Have also Kufo and Heimdall full. So in short term Caitlin will be leveled faster and ready for action since I don’t have other dispeller leveled (got only 4* but not leveled) but if I wait a bit Ludwig will be more useful. Can I have your two cents

    1. Hey GunGod, it sounds like you’ve justified getting Caitlin over Ludwig and there’s nothing wrong with that. Caitlin is a solid hero and as you say, will fit into your roster better, and has mats waiting for her. And, she’d be a dispeller for you, -an important skill.

But something stops you from pulling the trigger…

You know I rate LW a superstar so I can’t tell you to get another hero over him, despite your roster situation. At the end of the day, you have to live with either not getting him, or with getting him and watching him sit on the bench for an eternity.

It’s a tough call, especially as you already have decent Purples. Well, those are my thoughts…

Oh, what level are you and what level do you play at? Sometimes mats are easier to come by at a higher level.

Anyway, good luck with whatever you decide. I’d love for you to come back and let me know which way you went!

Hope my rambling helps in some way. Thanks for reading!

      1. Thanks for the tip OC!
I took Ludwig but why I am not happy… I have very strange feeling deep in me that this was a wrong pick….
I am 58 but I play from like an year. What you mean in what level I play in?
First I thing it would be nice to use it rush raids/war and to speed it up with Xnolphod but something is not give me a break that I had to take Caitlin since it’s better fit.
In last Soul exchange I take Mother North but unfortunately I am quite disappointed from her as reviver. She is LB and just need few emblems to be fully maxed but I don’t use her. Even in this rush war she was sitting away and I took Heimdall over her.
So I hope now I can pull another wolf so I can pair Ludwig and hope I am not right again 😀

        Cheerz!

  16. Hey, first of all thanks for your site. I advertise it all the time.
Would you sacrifice old 5*’s that are at 3/70 and likely never advance? Such as Thoth-Amun, Thorn, Azlar and Khagan. All without a costume.

    1. I sacrificed a couple of s1 heroes, so I would. But it does depend on your roster. You need enough left over to benefit from the hero you pick. Good luck for the next SE if you held back. Thanks for reading!

  17. Hi OldCynic !
Nice review once more. Considering my F2P roster, blue intensive (C.Krampus, C.Lepus, Loki, Aino, M&Midnight, C.Magni, Isarnia …), almost half my 5*, I would still go for C.Finley for his large efficiency : hit hard, and huge armor debuff, usefull everywhere, even against titan. Alfrike would be a tough choice to ignore, and Ludwig a must have, but C.Finley looks so cool.

One point on Faline : if you hit 2 or 3 heroes with the same mana speed, they will both or all received the mana generation ailment. So it may be better than what the description say.

  18. Totally Agreed with you Ludwig is the pound for pound winner of this past soul exchange. I was literally waiting for him on this event and said myself “I don’t know if one day he will be on the soul exchange”. He is for me the best knight to have because he is a real game changer in every aspects of the game. For raid, wars, attack, defense and pve. He is an absolute monster. Since the end of this soul exchange I meet a lot more Ludwig in good defense and thats a sign that doesn’t betray.
